Job Title : Clinical Services Manager

Are you a seasoned healthcare operations leader seeking a new challenge? Do you have a passion for optimizing clinical support functions and improving patient outcomes?

We are currently looking for a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to lead our team of clinical professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinical support teams, including revenue cycle, coding, and clinical documentation.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Leadership and Team Management : Lead and manage cross-functional teams of clinical professionals, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Performance Improvement : Drive performance improvements and cost optimization across multiple service lines and sites.
  • Budget and Financial Management : Manage budgets and financial targets, ensuring we stay on track to meet our goals.
  • Client Satisfaction : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.

In addition to your leadership skills, you will need to have a strong background in healthcare operations, including experience with financial management, process improvement, and team development. A medical degree or master's degree in a related field is also preferred.

Key Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a clinical discipline.
  • Medical Degree (MD), or Master's (MHA, MBA, MPH, Nursing Administration) preferred.
  • 8–10 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations.
  • Strong financial and budget management experience, including P&L responsibility.
  • Clinical background (e.g., MD, nurse, or allied health professional) is a plus.
  • Project and process management expertise; Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large, high-performing teams in dynamic environments.
  • Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
