Account Executive Role Overview

The Account Executive is a key position responsible for driving the adoption and growth of our digital solutions. This role focuses on managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure, with a primary goal of expanding our client base and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to effectively engage with potential clients and expand our market presence.
  • Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Pipeline Management : Proactively manage the sales pipeline, identifying opportunities and challenges to ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales Development Representatives, Product Managers, and Customer Success teams, to ensure seamless transitions and achieve shared goals.

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Location : The ideal candidate must be based in Guadalajara or CDMX (on-site).
  • Education : A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience : 2-4 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the SaaS or payments technology industry, is highly valued.
  • Skills : Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner, are essential.
  • Industry Knowledge : A solid understanding of payments technology, including merchant services, payment processing, and financial services, is mandatory.
