This role serves as a critical link between the Supply Chain and Sales teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment between supply capabilities and customer demand.

It is responsible for the strategic allocation of fruit inventory by validating stock levels against current orders, incoming shipments, and forecasted supply—while factoring in quality assessments and fruit age.

The position drives operational efficiency by minimizing waste, optimizing fulfillment accuracy, and enabling timely, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities also include documenting allocation plans and producing regular reports that compare initial projections with actual results, supporting continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

Key Performance Outputs

Monitor and ensure the accuracy of sales opportunities and orders in the system.

Conduct regular checks to verify order fulfillment status and address any open sales issues.

Identify, monitor, and manage buffer stock levels to optimize stock allocation.

Collaborate with Logistics / Operations to communicate fulfillment delays and support Sales operations during peak periods.

Centralize the setup of new customers in the system, ensuring complete and accurate customer information.

Identify and address gaps in CRM data to enhance data quality.

Review and manage client data and distribution lists for newsletters.

Coordinate the Terms and Conditions (T&C) signing process, ensuring compliance and completion of required documentation.

Participate in IFS audits as a deputy, representing the Sales team.

Contribute to the annual update of Sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Coordinate the compilation and distribution of "Market Feedback" and "Feedback from the Field" reports to growers.

Assist in organizing Post-Season and In-Season Customer and Grower reviews / reports.

Support Account Managers with data gathering for budgeting purposes.

Gather data on competitors, market dynamics, pricing, and sales tactics as specified by the Line Manager.

Analyze and visualize collected data, identifying trends and providing actionable insights.

Present findings to stakeholders and respond to field sales team inquiries about competitors.

Requirements

Qualification / Experience

BCom Degree with aMarketing / Logistics / International Trade major or similar degree.

Suitabletertiary qualification.

Minimum 3-5 years of workexperience.

Functional / Technical

Proficiencyin using NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

Experiencein sales coordination, market intelligence, or related roles.

Familiaritywith commercial finance processes and customer data management.

Stronganalytical skills, with the ability to interpret and present dataeffectively.

Excellentverbal and written communication skills.

Strongplanning and organizational skills.

Abilityto build and maintain strong client relationships.
