What You’ll Be Doing Talent Matchmaking : Source, screen, and schedule high-quality candidates for both high-volume and specialized roles. Client Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, company culture, and long-term hiring goals. Candidate Champion : Be the single point of contact for candidates—supporting them through screening, assessments, and onboarding. Pipeline Engagement : Reactivate and maintain candidate pipelines through creative outreach (text campaigns, direct messaging, etc.). Data & Results : Keep ATS records accurate and up-to-date, consistently hit KPIs, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. What We’re Looking For English Fluency : Advanced conversational English — you’ll be using it every day! Recruiting Experience : Minimum 6 months recruiting for the U.S. market (high-volume roles preferred). At least 1 year of overall experience in sourcing and recruitment.
