WTW is hiring an Analyst to join the Canadian Trade Management team, supporting our Delegated Investment Solutions (OCIO) business. Based in the Mexico City office, you'll bring strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of the importance of investment operations to help ensure accurate and timely trade execution.

Please note : As this role supports our Canadian team and involves frequent communication with colleagues and stakeholders across North America, a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English is required. This is a hybrid position with two in-office days, following Eastern Standard Time.
The Role
- Execute a variety of investment operations tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support trade lifecycle processes including accurately creating orders for Pooled funds, manager confirmation, and trade management organization trade capture
- Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies and breaks in a timely manner, escalating issues and problem solving as needed.
- Support daily Cash Management oversight
- Support Senior team members with Portfolio transitions; manage project tasks and dates, chase status updates to ensure timely trade planning and execution. Complete account opening documents and manage resulting manager communications.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Portfolio Management and Onboarding
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements or new tools.
- Maintain and update procedural documentation to reflect current processes.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across the Global Operations group and other internal stakeholders.
- Adapt to new challenges and evolving business needs, seeking clarification from management when necessary.
The Requirements
1–2 years of relevant experience in investment operations, trade support, or a similar role.Strong understanding and interest in financial instrumentsFamiliarity with trade lifecycle, have a calm but proactive approach to urgent situationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; proven ability to apply logic and reasoning in order to plan and manage tasks to a desired outcome independentlyA proven keen attention to detail is essentialStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, confidence to communicate challengesStrong proficiency with Microsoft products. Excel proficiency is essential.Strong proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal, is essential to effectively collaborate with the Canadian team and global stakeholders.Experience with investment systems (e.g., SimCorp or similar OMS) is an asset.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn the foundational tasks before taking on increasing responsibilities.Bachelor’s degree or equivalentEqual Opportunity Employer
