Investment Analyst

Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• Gather, organize, and analyze data from diverse sources to develop comprehensive financial models and investment analyses
• Build and refine financial models to assess the feasibility and potential returns of hospitality investment opportunities
• Prepare internal and external investment memoranda for presentation to investment committees and stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members and managers on financial analyses, investment memoranda, and related matters
• Actively contribute to due diligence processes for prospective investments, including third-party evaluations where applicable
• Maintain and update financial models to reflect evolving market conditions and asset performance
• Conduct in-depth industry and market research, competitive landscapes, and economic factors.
• Assist in the creation of asset management and development reports and materials, including performance summaries, strategic plans, and investor updates.
• Track financial information and ensure GP-LP compliance for the private equity fund, including monitoring distributions, reporting obligations, and regulatory adherence.
• Perform ad hoc and specialized analyses as requested by senior team members.
