Client Services Coordinator – Join Our Team!

Location : Mexico Remote

We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support our Clinical and Operational leaders in delivering top-notch service to our healthcare clients. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our clinicians can focus on patient care.

What You’ll Do

Be the main support for Client Services VPs, Clinical Practice Managers, and Medical Directors.
Help resolve patient complaints (simple admin issues yourself, complex ones to the right leaders).
Keep action items and reports on track to improve performance.
Organize agendas, content, and materials for clinician and client meetings.
Manage data : distribute dashboards, collect metrics, and prepare reports / presentations.
Support clinician onboarding and orientation (introductions, system access, training, etc.).
Help evaluate clinician performance with accurate data and reporting.
Jump in with scheduling, recruiting, or credentialing coordination when needed.

What You Bring

3+ years in an administrative / clerical role.

Experience supporting clients or leaders directly.

Strong organization & time management skills (you love checklists ).

Excellent communication skills – written and spoken.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .

Ability to work with data (charts, reports, pivot tables).

Bonus if you :

Have experience in healthcare / hospital settings.

Worked directly with clinicians or medical staff.

Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare, or related field.
