Client Services Coordinator – Join Our Team!
Location : Mexico Remote
We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to support our Clinical and Operational leaders in delivering top-notch service to our healthcare clients. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our clinicians can focus on patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Be the main support for Client Services VPs, Clinical Practice Managers, and Medical Directors.
- Help resolve patient complaints (simple admin issues yourself, complex ones to the right leaders).
- Keep action items and reports on track to improve performance.
- Organize agendas, content, and materials for clinician and client meetings.
- Manage data : distribute dashboards, collect metrics, and prepare reports / presentations.
- Support clinician onboarding and orientation (introductions, system access, training, etc.).
- Help evaluate clinician performance with accurate data and reporting.
- Jump in with scheduling, recruiting, or credentialing coordination when needed.
What You Bring
3+ years in an administrative / clerical role.Experience supporting clients or leaders directly.Strong organization & time management skills (you love checklists ).Excellent communication skills – written and spoken.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .Ability to work with data (charts, reports, pivot tables).Bonus if you :
