Position Objective :
Manages various sales teams, including outside, inside, channel, and third-party sales, and is responsible for market penetration through campaigns that generate additional revenue from new or existing customers. Defines and communicates the sales process and the factors that drive sales effectiveness. Leads and fosters cooperation and collaboration with other areas of the company to maximize efficiency and provide a comprehensive response to customer needs.
Is in charge of portfolio growth by attracting new accounts, as well as retaining and increasing the profitability of existing clients assigned to PYME executives through negotiation at the management and / or board level. Must have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate will also be a creative strategist with excellent organizational skills. The objective is to foster and expand the company's commercial activity, generating revenue and sustainable growth opportunities. Support and advise PYME executives under their supervision, as well as bank partners, through continuous learning, direct negotiations with clients, and materials on our payment solutions for card payment acceptance, either personally or with the support of our executives.
