Are you passionate about health, safety, and environmental excellence in fast-paced, high-impact environments? We are seeking a EHS Engineer with proven experience in the manufacture industry to lead safety programs, drive compliance, and foster a culture of well-being across our manufacturing facility

Responsabilities :

• Participate in daily meetings with production supervisors and discuss recent incidents or safety concerns.
• Coaching teams at all levels to ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal HSE standards
• Monitoring safety metrics and maintaining EHS systems and documentation
• Leading internal audits and risk assessments to uncover hazards and implement controls
• Overseeing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance and driving ongoing improvements
• Managing safety incidents, investigations, corrective actions, and reporting processes
• Conduct plant walkthroughs to verify safety conditions and promote a zero-harm culture among workers.
• Develop safety programs that ensure compliance with company and legal requirements, including daily KPI verification.
• Follow up on root cause analysis and risk assessments, ensuring legal EHS compliance.
• Prepare safety trend reports for EHS management and remain flexible to respond to emergencies or urgent safety issues at any time
