Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with senior consultants to assist business owners in scaling their operations and addressing challenges.
- Conduct client interviews to gather information for sales and marketing assessments.
- Compile detailed meeting notes and synthesize outcomes for consulting sessions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including sales process diagrams and sales playbooks.
- Follow training modules to ensure effective application of strategies across various areas of business scaling.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the consulting team in project management and execution.
- Analyze client data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing sales performance.
Required Qualifications :
College education in business, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree or higher is a plus.2-3 years of experience in consulting or relevant fields for intermediate candidates; 5+ years for senior candidates.Intermediate to fluent proficiency in English both verbally and in written communication.Strong documentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience in sales processes and project management.Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with developing sales playbooks and sales process documentation.Previous experience in client-facing roles or business development.Knowledge of various sales methodologies and frameworks.Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) or similar credentials.
