Responsibilities

Manage and control the employee hire process, including : document validation, generation, data input on Workday and all actions related to the process of hire.

Responsible for data management, with a special attention to data accuracy, compliance and completion within the People Systems (Workday).

Make sure hires are made on time and correctly to avoid any payroll, legal and security impacts.

Make sure key stakeholders are notified correctly and on time making sure there is no impact on stakeholders processes.

Make sure that all the data migration to payroll systems are on time to avoid employee impacts.

Responsible for following the local / regional processes and policies and ensuring that teams are applying those consistently.

Align with Continuous Improvement mindset leveraging technology and contribute to the simplifications, refinement and operational excellence.
