Software Development Engineer in Test – Lionbridge Games

What You Will Do :
- Develop, maintain, and improve the automation solutions / tools / frameworks
- Develop tools / solutions for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Debug and analyze code to find the root cause and fix issues
- Integrate new solutions with existing tools and pipelines and be able to debug them
- Contribute to the overall technical vision of the team
- Instrument product code to improve its testability
- Monitor software to detect and root cause code errors
- Work in partnership with Client’s internal QA and Dev teams
- Remain current on software testing best practices and industry trends
To Be Successful You Will Have :
3+ years of tools and automation development experience in desktop / console gaming environments or in a similar roleExperience with Python and / or other scripting language development (3+ years) and CI / Build systemsExpert code analysis and debugging skillsExperience with SQL / NoSQL databasesAdept with version control concepts, experienced using Git and Azure DevOpsBasic understanding of at least 1 Command Line Interface (Cmd, Powershell, etc)Experience in algorithms and data structures; competence with Unit TestingExperience with QA processes, test scope requirements and testing methodExperience with Selenium / WebdriverIO and TypeScript is a plusExperience with bug tracking toolsStrong sense of ownership and responsibilityAbility to move forward on your own in a fast-moving environmentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsHighly developed technical communicationNot Required, But Would Be An Asset :
