Technician Level III (ServiceNow & Atlassian)

📍 Location : 100% Remote

🕰️ Experience : 3+ years (ServiceNow + JavaScript)

💬 English : B2+ (Upper-intermediate or higher)

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Configure and develop ServiceNow (Catalog Items, Workflows, Flows, Portals, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, ACLs, MID Servers, Record Producers, Reports, Performance Analytics).
• Configure Jira and Confluence (Workflows, Issue Type Schemes, Field Configurations, Spaces, Plugins, Permissions).
• Handle user administration, permissions, reports, configurations, and provide training support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production bugs using Incident Management best practices.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams and inline code comments.
• Support platform upgrades and perform regression testing.
• Identify and optimize platform performance issues.
• Contribute to and maintain a shared technical knowledge base.
