We are looking for a skilled Network Support Engineer (L2) to provide advanced troubleshooting operational support and hands-on assistance for enterprise network environments. This role acts as the escalation point for Level 1 support and collaborates with global NOC / L3 teams to ensure network stability performance and availability.
This is a technical hands-on position requiring strong problem-solving skills customer focus and the ability to support a wide range of network technologies.

Requirements
35 years of experience in Network Support NOC or Infrastructure roles (L2 level).
Strong knowledge of TCP / IP DHCP / DNS VLANs STP routing basics (OSPF / BGP) switching (L2 / L3) and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise vendor ecosystem such as Cisco Juniper Aruba HP Meraki Fortinet or similar.
Ability to perform onsite tasks including hardware replacement patching cabling and guided hands-on procedures in network racks.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds PRTG Zabbix etc.).
Experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow Remedy or Jira Service Management.
Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently with remote supervision.
Bilingual EnglishSpanish with ability to communicate technical information clearly in both languages.
