Company DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role as a Sales Manager in Mexico, and reports to Sales Director of Mexico at Dreame Technology.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through various channels.
This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
This role will also conduct market analysis, competitor monitoring, and contract negotiations with clients.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
~ Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in the Smart Home Appliance and / or Consumer Electronics industries.
3 to 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role with a track record of achieving sales targets and building successful channel partnerships.
~ Familiarity with different sales channels and distribution models, such as resellers, distributors, system integrators, etc.Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and close deals effectively
Able to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor information to identify opportunities and solve problems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and sales targets
Fluency in both English and Spanish languages (both written and spoken)Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and deliver business results
