Role : Sr. Empower Administrator

Location : Nearshore – Canada / Mexico / Puerto Rico – Must work in US PST hours)

Type : Contract

Length : Long-term rolling contract

Responsibilities :

  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing Empower and procedures that leverage system capabilities and meets user requirements.
  • Perform Empower maintenance tasks including : project creation, archive and restore, audit trail review, account maintenance
  • Successfully work with end users to develop custom fields and associated report methods, followed by completion of all validation activities prior to deployment in production environment.
  • Familiarity with Method Validation Manager in Empower, able to assist users with troubleshooting, errors
  • Contribute to the support and maintenance of validation package as it pertains to Empower : URS, FRS, SDS, TM, and report specifications.
  • Troubleshoot instrument connectivity issues, custom field calculations, rebooting LACEs, and optimizing processing methods.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving Empower functionality and performance issues by working with system manager, support team and IT resources to analyze functional design and / or overall application technical design.
  • Identifying opportunities for streamlining Empower business process and performance issues by working with other system administrators and end users / customers to help configure and develop Empower functions based on business requirements.
  • For Empower upgrades and / or enhancements, perform development testing and support user acceptance testing.

The salary range provided for this contract role represents our good faith estimate for this position. Within the range, individual offers will vary based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process (W2 or C2C).
