Logistics Venue Manager Job Description

This key role is responsible for ensuring seamless operations at the assigned match venue. As a Logistics Venue Manager, you will play a vital part in coordinating stock flow, overseeing On Location services, and guaranteeing the safe and timely delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute the Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) for deliveries, bump-in, re-supply, and bump-out in collaboration with departments and logistics vendors.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of all product-specific gifting inventory inside and outside the venue.
• Work closely with Guest Experience Functional Areas to move requested stock from storage to designated areas, ensuring timely distribution.
• Monitor and manage inventory across logistics compounds and venue storage facilities.
• Ensure the efficient and timely flow of goods throughout the venue.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Functional Areas, providing clear and accurate updates on logistics operations and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with sustainability, waste management, and housekeeping teams to properly handle and dispose of materials.
• Track and manage assets that may be reused post-tournament, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
