Complete performance reviews for assigned staff, ensuring timely and accurate performance feedback is received on an on-going basis. Facilitate development and training activities for assigned staff, encouraging continuous learning and performance improvement. Manage the performance of the department in support of the organization.

• Coordinate and lead team meetings, disseminating company information, objectives, and client news to the team.
• Develop and implement standard operational processes to ensure high quality services for customers. Document processes and leverage training resources to implement best practices. Oversee department’s billing to clients based on established pricing while ensuring appropriate costs and profits are maintained.
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with customers, government agencies, and local vendors (e.g., airline representatives, freight forwarders, custom brokers, local pickup and delivery companies, regional trucking companies, line haul providers).
• Develop methods and procedures for transportation of commodities for designated shippers from local or offshore locations to warehouses, other storage facilities or final consignee locations.
• Process licensed shipments, assemblies, and in bond movements.
• Oversee movement of project cargo, dangerous goods, and pharmaceuticals, as well as entry of goods into free trade zone.
• Develop and maintain an office atmosphere conducive to continual growth of employees.
