Senior Process Lead

Senior Process Engineer OpportunityWe are seeking a senior process engineer to join our team.

As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new product introductions, as well as identifying and implementing improvements in surface mount technology (SMT / THT) and back-end equipment issues.This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented projects.

You will also need to have excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in designing and developing electronic products.
