We are supporting the Mexico market entry of a fast-growing global personal care brand with a strong track record in international markets.
This is a ground-floor commercial role for someone who wants real ownership, not account maintenance. You will play a key role in shaping how the brand enters and scales in Mexico retail.

What You’ll Own
- Own and grow key Mexico retail accounts (specialty / mass-premium focus)
- Lead forecasting, promotional planning, and account execution
- Partner cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and global teams
- Support new SKU launches and distribution expansion
- Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of experience in Key Account Management or Account ManagementBackground in personal care, skincare, beauty, or FMCGExperience working with Mexico. retailers (e.g., specialty or mass-premium)Comfortable owning numbers, planning, and executionBuilder mindset - adaptable, practical, and execution-focusedWhy This Role Is Different
