About The Role

The Data Analyst at Tort Experts will play a key role in investigating data inconsistencies, identifying issues, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across teams. This role requires a strong foundation in SQL, data exploration, and data visualization, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The Data Analyst will help ensure data accuracy, streamline reporting processes, and empower team members with data-driven solutions.

Location : Remote (must be available 9am - 5pm Eastern Time)

What You'll Do

• Data Investigation : Identify, analyze, and resolve data inconsistencies or anomalies within our systems.
• Issue Resolution : Collaborate with team members to pinpoint root causes of data-related issues and recommend solutions.
• Data Exploration : Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Data Visualization : Create clear and impactful dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
• Collaboration : Work closely with technology, operations, and other departments to support data needs and ensure alignment on objectives.
• Process Optimization : Develop and improve data workflows, ensuring efficiency and scalability in reporting and analysis.
• Documentation : Maintain clear and accurate documentation of data processes, methodologies, and findings.
