We are seeking an experienced and proactive Ad Sales Operations Manager to lead the execution, tracking, and optimization of advertising campaigns across our digital platforms. This role ensures seamless coordination between sales, ad ops, planning, and product teams. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of digital ad workflows, reporting, and a performance-driven mindset to improve revenue outcomes and client satisfaction.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end ad campaign execution and delivery across AVOD, digital, and programmatic inventory
- Oversee campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, and performance tracking using ad serving platforms
- Collaborate with sales, planning, and creative teams to ensure campaigns meet client expectations and timelines
- Develop reporting frameworks and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance and efficiency
- Serve as point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving campaign or delivery issues
- Work closely with Finance and Yield teams to ensure revenue recognition and forecasting accuracy
- Mentor and support junior team members; implement SOPs and process documentation
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Digital Media, preferably within AVOD or streaming platformsProficiency in ad-serving tools such as Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or similarExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environmentStrong cross-functional communication and leadership skillsNICE TO HAVE, BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
