Descripción del trabajoEOE Race / Color / Religion / Sex / Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity / National Origin / Protected Veteran / Disability Status Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or related, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in product management, business consulting or related field 3+ years demonstrated successful experience in product ownership, IT Business Analyst or related field Experience with eCommerce or wholesale food distribution Motivated by and committed to continuous learning, growth and innovation A self-starter, who can execute in ambiguous / unstructured environment Holds a customer focused approach and actively seeks to understand and respond to the needs of customers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can work effectively in both small and large environments; Strong presentation skills; Strong group facilitation skills; Able to communicate complex concepts clearly; Ability to influence change within complex organizations; and Ability to relate to others Strong cross-functional business acumen and Cross-functional expertise across multiple business functions Ability to think logically and analytically - detail oriented; Able to take complex, ambiguous problems, break them down into smaller parts, and problem solve to come up with a whole, integrated, and strategic solution; and Ability to model business process Proficiency in the following required : MS Teams and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity in the following is highly desired : Agile project / product management concepts and tools (JIRA experience a plus); Standard flowcharting tools such as Visio or Lucidchart; Data querying methodologies Understand

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain relationships with the business and technology stakeholders who make decisions regarding product capabilities and priorities. Serve as a liaison between the business and the product team as the voice of the customer to address and communicate their needs and concerns to the product team
- Work within an Agile software development process to execute against a planned product roadmap, driving outcomes with a measurable level of impact.
- Support translating the product strategy and vision into what the product team must bear in mind every day to ensure they are building the right solutions and features.
- Lead a cross-functional product team of 5-8 people that is accountable for delivering on sprint goals
- Develop user stories and epics that the product team will implement as solutions that meet business needs.
- Break down vision into individual achievable deliverables and continuously groom with the business and full product team.
- Collaborate with product delivery teams including day-to-day coordination of backlog priorities and allocation of work to the team.
- Own the iterative and agile product delivery lifecycle end-to-end inclusive of, but not limited to, requirements gathering and scoping, research and usability engineering, prototyping, development, testing, quality assurance, deployment, training and support, and maintenance.
- Create materials that help ensure alignment and awareness of product development efforts within core internal groups
