Sales Director

Seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead sales efforts in Mexico City. As a key team member, you will drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Achieve national annual / quarterly / monthly sales and payment collection targets;
  • Assist in the development of product, channel, service, team, and other planning;
  • Develop, introduce, and manage channels;
  • Build and manage local aerial work platform machinery marketing teams, coordinating with subsidiary departments and product lines;
  • Develop and follow up on business opportunities for government projects and key customers in the country;
  • Coordinate public relations for subsidy policies and work with the credit finance manager to establish financial channels.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, machinery, or related majors;
  • 5+ years of sales and market management experience, with strong market development and communication skills;
  • Fluency in English as a working language is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
