A German-based company with a global presence in the industrial sector, specializing in solutions for the automotive industry, is looking for talented professionals to join its team.

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience : Minimum 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in the automotive industry (direct collaboration with local OEMs, and understanding of the international and local automotive market and its stakeholders.
  • Languages : Fluency in English and Spanish.

Technical Knowledge :

  • In-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, and regulations.
  • Strong financial acumen : budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management, fleet operations, and quality control.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and automotive technology advancements.

    • Main responsibilities :

  • Ensure the achievement of predefined, challenging business targets and secure sustainable results across all company operations, in line with the company’s strategic direction and performance expectations.
  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals and International automotive market standards.
  • Oversee and optimize daily operations, including sales, logistics, and customer service.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive organizational change and transformation projects to enhance efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Proven experience in effectively collaborating with labor unions in Mexico, ensuring constructive labor relations and compliance with local labor regulations.
