Who You Are

We're looking for a bilingual (English–Spanish) Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can champion the customer journey—picking up where prospects left off, re-engaging warm leads, and confidently guiding them toward a successful purchase.

You thrive on building trust, following through consistently, and turning interest into action.

Requirements

2+ years in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales (preferred)

Excellent communication across phone, live chat, SMS, and email

Confident in handling scripts, calls, and objections

Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent

(Preferred) Basic knowledge of automotive / heavy equipment (trucks)

Proficient English (neutral to American-sounding accent preferred)

What You'll Do

Manage the end-to-end sales process across phone, email, and chat

Re-engage leads, assist with inquiries, and support abandoned cart follow-ups

Guide customers through product details and heavy equipment purchases

Coordinate with dealers to ensure accuracy and responsiveness

Handle issues such as order discrepancies, shipment tracking, and post-purchase concerns

Stay updated on inventory, financing, and policies

Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer journey

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback

Technical Requirements

High-speed internet (20 Mbps minimum or fiber)

Reliable computer with power backup

Noise-canceling headset

Rates & Expectations

Remote work (Mexico, Colombia, or Latin America)

Full-time schedule

$10–$12 / hour (DOE)

Channels : SMS, Chat, Email, Phone

Time Zones : Eastern or Pacific

Start Date : ASAP
