Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Join our team as a

Global Procurement Industrial Coordinator

, where you'll play a key role in managing supplier-related processes within the indirect procurement agenda.

This includes onboarding, offboarding, and system updates, as well as overseeing controls for specialized services and contract management.

Your Impact

As a

Procurement Indirects Coordinator

, your responsibilities will include :

Ensuring robust controls around specialized service management

Supporting internal and external audit requirements for both specialized services and indirect procurement

Managing contract performance indicators for indirect categories, ensuring alignment with internal controls and procurement governance

Handling supplier onboarding, offboarding, and updates within SAP

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education : Degree in Business, Commerce, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : 1+ years of experience in procurement or process digitalization / transformation.

Languages : Advanced English proficiency.
