Descripción del trabajoSupport the development and implementation of the global Ethics & Compliance program. Draft policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and guide plants in applying new standards. Collaborate with Procurement to ensure responsible sourcing practices with external suppliers. Liaise with global teams across HR, Legal, and Marketing. Assist in social audits and ensure alignment with global standards. Review Deloitte Mexico's work on payroll and tax filings to ensure accuracy. Contribute to forecasting and financial planning activities for Mexico. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. 4-5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, ESG, or Responsible Sourcing. Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel. Experience with social audits (e.g., SEDEX, SMETA or similar). Advanced English (non-negotiable), other languages are a plus. Background in global companies, ideally in manufacturing or supply chain environments. Bachelor's degree completed. Legal background is a plus. Competitive salary of $40.000 - $50.000 MXN per month.
