Overview
Sales Director - Mexico at Automation Anywhere. Lead the Mexico sales team, drive strategic growth and execution across the region, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Partner Account Management to ensure alignment and impact. You will report to the Regional Sales Director. Location : Mexico City, Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring the Mexico sales team to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
- Personally managing 3–4 strategic enterprise accounts.
- Driving alignment across SE, Marketing, and PAM functions to maximize regional impact.
- Enforcing global best practices, including forecast discipline, MEDDICC qualification, and account planning reviews.
- Building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven success in enterprise sales leadership, within SaaS or automation technologies.5+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams in a player-coach capacity.Strong understanding of strategic account management and sales methodologies.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Key Competencies
