How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Supervisor, Programmatic will join the team to ensure sales performance, identify new business opportunities, and resolve operational challenges swiftly within the programmatic ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, and a hands-on approach to client and internal team management.
The Supervisor, Programmatic will be responsible for :
Monitor and manage programmatic revenue performance across the sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with business targets and KPIs.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities in collaboration with sales teams, trading desks, DSPs, and agencies.
Act as the main point of contact for operational or technical issues related to programmatic campaigns (e.g. deal troubleshooting, delivery, tracking, pacing). Ensure quick and effective resolutions through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee setup, execution, and optimization of programmatic deals (PMPs, PGs, IOA, etc.) across SSPs and DSPs, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Collaborate closely with ad operations, sales, finance, and other internal teams to align business priorities and maintain fluid execution across the programmatic chain.
Provide insights, forecasts, and regular reports on sales trends, pipeline status, and business development opportunities.
Support sales representatives with training, onboarding, and best practices to ensure understanding and adoption of programmatic solutions.
