A global leader in EV charging infrastructure is looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Engineer with a strong background in product validation, regulatory agency testing, and global compliance standards. This role focuses on ensuring that all new product introductions meet certification requirements, safety regulations, and materials compliance from development through launch, enabling smooth market entry and long-term product reliability.

Top responsibilities :

Develop and maintain product validation and regulatory testing processes, plans, and procedures for new product introductions.

Partner with and manage external testing providers, ensuring alignment with production schedules and documentation requirements.

Provide technical support to test labs, ensuring compliance with UL, IEC, CE, and other global regulatory standards.

Experience with UL, IEC, CE, GBT, EU Directives, and other global regulatory certifications.

Strong background in materials compliance, including PROP65, REACH, RoHS, and hazardous component restrictions.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and suppliers.
