Associate Creative Director (Art Director)

Monks is looking for a well‑rounded, experienced Associate Creative Director with an art direction background. This is a hands‑on role where you will lead projects, develop concepts, and win pitches.

What You’ll Do

• Creative Leadership & Concepting : Conceive and execute concepts, guidelines, and strategies for a wide range of creative projects. Own the creative process from brief to delivery.
• Team Management & Mentorship : Lead and motivate a team of art directors, illustrators, copywriters, and other creatives. Provide constructive feedback and foster professional growth.
• Pitching & Client Relations : Lead brainstorming sessions, develop compelling presentations, and pitch concepts confidently to clients.
• Project Execution : Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring final work exceeds expectations, is strategically sound, and delivered on time.
• Digital & Social Expertise : Apply strong knowledge of social media best practices and user behavior to create impactful campaigns.
