Overview of the position :
Generate benchmark of incentive market, provide analysis and trends to sales and F&I management
Typical tasks :
# Monthly benchmark of competitors on sales, KIA Finance and cash programs in order to react or challenge our sales budget.
# Daily applications, credit and closing report in order to provide data of perspectives, trends and forecast.
# Generate sales tools in order to be deployed by training team and boost our sales programs.
Qualifications :
Finance / Actuary / Industrial Engineer bachelor’s degree or similar
Areas of experience : Incentives, Data analysis, Benchmark
Advanced Excel (Macros) & SAP basic, desirable PowerBI or Tableau
Years of experience : 2
Fluent English
