Financial Regulatory Specialist

As a key team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the organization's adherence to regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities will include timely and accurate completion of all regulatory filings for SA and SOFOM entities, drafting and maintaining compliance guidelines, internal policies, and employee training materials aligned with Mexico's regulatory framework, providing compliance advice to business units, and monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on business operations.

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of Mexican financial regulations, including AML laws governed by CNBV, as well as prior experience as a Compliance Officer in a SOFOM entity. Additionally, you must be fluent in English (spoken and written) and possess working proficiency in Spanish for regulatory and legal communication.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of compliance experience in the financial sector.
