Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Subdirector de Seguros Siniestros Autos located in the Mexico City Metropolitan Area.
The Subdirector will be responsible for overseeing and managing auto insurance claims processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Day-to-day tasks include handling complex claims, coordinating with various departments, and providing expertise in claims resolution.
Additionally, the role requires reporting on claims performance and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications
Experience in managing and processing auto insurance claims
Strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
Proficient in negotiation and conflict resolution
Strong leadership and team management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
