We’re looking for a Tech Lead / Lead Full Stack Engineer who thrives on technical ownership, mentoring others, and architecture-level decisions. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping the design and direction of a fast-scaling SaaS platform used by enterprise sales teams to optimize market coverage and unlock revenue growth.
About the Team
You’ll join a remote, cross-functional team of designers, product managers, and engineers solving real-world problems with scalable software. We’re building a modern, cloud-native application that leverages :
- Frontend : React + TypeScript
- Infrastructure : AWS (Lambda, ECS, Aurora, Step Functions)

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable features and system componentsLead architecture discussions and define technical standards for the teamMentor and support other engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and design sessionsPartner with Product and Design to shape the roadmap and define requirementsEnsure high performance, reliability, and scalability across the stackHelp evolve engineering culture with best practices in testing, CI / CD, and DevOpsServe as a go-to technical expert for Full Stack development in React + Node.jsWhat You Bring
Required Experience & Skills
