We are seeking an experienced and bilingual (English-Spanish) People Operations Partner to lead key HR initiatives and drive people-centric solutions across the organization.

This role is critical in shaping the employee experience by overseeing total rewards, leading the organization's talent management strategy, ensuring HR compliance across multiple states, and serving as a trusted advisor to managers and leadership.

The ideal candidate is an HR professional with a strong generalist background, leadership capability, and a passion for building and scaling people programs in a multi-state environment.

Strong attention to detail : You will take care of our most valuable assets, our team.Tech industry experience, specifically in international companies, will be appreciated.WHAT you'll be doing : You will be with a team that will coordinate and execute the following activities : Lead and evolve the organization's Benefits and Total Rewards strategy, ensuring offerings remain competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with employee needs.

Serve as a strategic HR business partner to leaders, offering coaching and guidance on team structure, employee relations, and organizational development.

Provide manager enablement and training, equipping leaders with tools, frameworks, and best practices to effectively manage and develop their teams.

Create, manage, and deliver HR-related communications across the company, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with company culture and values.

Partner with internal stakeholders to drive employee awareness of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.

Ensure ongoing federal and multi-state compliance, staying current with employment laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where we operate.

Oversee the development, implementation, and communication of company policies and procedures to ensure consistency, equity, and legal compliance.

Manage and continuously improve all HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and data integrity across the entire employee lifecycle.

Provide oversight of payroll operations, serving as a point of escalation for complex issues, including employment tax matters, and ensuring effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external payroll service provider.

Own and drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning.

Lead and mentor members of the People Operations team, fostering development and collaboration.This is an employee-facing role.

It would be best to have empathy, good communication skills, and experience juggling multiple tasks with different stakeholders.WHAT you bring :

~6+ years of progressive HR / People experience, preferably in a high-growth or multi-state organization.

~ Professional proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively collaborate with global stakeholders.

~ Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices; multi-state HR compliance experience is required.

~ Proven experience designing and implementing total rewards programs.

~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience crafting internal communications is required.

~ Demonstrated success leading HR initiatives such as talent management, manager development, and organizational change.

~ Strong interpersonal and consulting skills with a proven ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.

~ Experience managing or mentoring HR team members is strongly preferred.

~ Proficiency with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
