The Marketing Analyst will support by providing essential administrative assistance, coordinating marketing activities, and maintaining digital platforms to ensure efficient operations and consistent brand presence. This role is key in supporting projects, organizing content, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.
Provide administrative and project support to leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media content organization, scheduling, and basic asset coordination.
Support event planning and logistics, ensuring timelines and tasks are completed efficiently.
Update and maintain the website on Wix, including page edits, forms, user journeys, and workflow automations.
Help build, update, and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) using Teachable—uploading modules, quizzes, PDFs, videos, and managing course structure.
Assist with organizing and lightly editing video content using Veed.
Maintain project trackers, schedules, and documentation to ensure alignment and communication across teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support ongoing marketing, training, and operational initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
~1–2 years of experience in administrative support, marketing coordination, or project coordination.
~ Experience using website builders (Wix preferred).
~ Basic video editing skills (Veed or similar tools).
~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
