Salesforce Architect

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud solutions.

Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, IT, clinical, and marketing to define architecture strategy and roadmap.

Ensure data security, compliance, and interoperability standards (e.g., HIPAA) are maintained.

Define and maintain integration architecture with external systems (EHRs, CRMs, marketing tools, etc.).

Provide technical leadership to development teams; review code, mentor engineers, and enforce Salesforce best practices.

Support release management, DevOps, and environment strategies across clouds.

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform with 2+ years in architect roles.

Proven hands-on experience with

Health Cloud ,

Service Cloud , and

Marketing Cloud .

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Lightning Components, Apex, Flows, and APIs.

Experience with integration tools (Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.) and middleware.

Deep understanding of healthcare domain concepts such as care plans, patient journeys, and HIPAA compliance.

Salesforce certifications (e.g.,

Salesforce Certified Application Architect ,

Health Cloud Consultant ,

Marketing Cloud Consultant ) strongly preferred.

Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
