We are The Call Center Doctors . We build and run high-performing outbound teams—our main lane is roofing and solar (storm, retail, inspections). Since 2021, we’ve launched 100 builds across various industries; 1,000 representatives dial in daily from centers we have designed. We run on character, integrity, accountability —ego has no place on the line.

Drive conversations with confidence and professionalism

Cold call high-quality leads using our advanced dialer system

Collaborate with our internal call center & management for seamless customer experiences

Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the decision-making process

Consistently hit and exceed performance metrics to unlock bigger commissions and promotions

Must-haves

3+ years of outbound cold calling / appointment setting

C1 English —clear, confident, persuasive live

Desktop / laptop (8GB+), USB headset , wired internet (stable, low ping), (No Chromebooks, no Tablets), camera on.

LATAM only (Mexico preferred)
