What you\'ll bring

10–15 years of professional software engineering experience (not including internships)

Strong back-end or platform engineering background — someone who builds APIs, servers, or core business logic (not focused on infrastructure)

Experience in complex domains, such as financial transaction systems or other high-complexity environments

Solid experience with Python, Next.js, and React

Experience handling quality challenges in software projects

Strong understanding of SQL and quick learning skills for new systems or tools

A degree in Computer Science from a reputable university (no coding bootcamps, please)

Excellent technical communication skills — able to clearly explain complex projects, articulate the product context, and highlight the “why” behind decisions

Mature thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in complex or ambiguous systems

Experience with application-level workflows, business rules, and data modeling

Core focus of the role : implementing business rules (e.g., sales processes) and syncing data with CRM systems

Some systems integration experience is a plus — syncing and aligning different platforms can be tricky, and this role involves solving those kinds of problems

Tech lead or management experience is a nice bonus, but not required
