The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant / Reservations Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing reservations and dispatch, coordinating with clients and chauffeurs, and supporting the team with administrative tasks and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage reservations with precision — every detail matters
- Coordinate dispatch and communicate with chauffeurs in real-time
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Handle sensitive client information with absolute discretion and confidentiality
- Complete administrative tasks and projects assigned by management
- Support sales efforts when needed, including follow-ups and client outreach
- Help improve internal processes and documentation
- Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as the business grows
Schedule
Core hours : Approximately 4 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM (Eastern Time), give or take 1–2 hours. Schedule subject to adjustment based on business needs.Must be flexible to work extended hours or weekends occasionally to support major events or high-demand periods.What We're Looking For
