Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of supplier assessments, drive both corrective and preventive actions based on supplier maturity and performance levels. Each day, you will manage operational supplier quality, both on-site and off-site, ensuring the thorough execution of supplier qualification and development processes. You will also showcase your expertise by managing the supplier’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).The work model for the role is : Remote #LI-RemoteGlobal relocation / LTA support will not be considered for this position.This role is contributing to the Electrification Installation Products division in Mexico and USA.You will be mainly accountable for :

• Driving approval process for supplier parts, materials, and project subcontractor services, as applicable, involving collaboration with other functions / experts, encompassing activities like Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and product surveillance at supplier manufacturing sites.
• Leading in promptly addressing supply issues related to quality, deliveries, non-compliant products, or project services.
• Working together with buyers to engage suppliers and prepare claims cases when necessary.
• Ensuring required supplier development processes are thoroughly executed to drive continuous improvement of the supplier base.Our team dynamicsYou will join a talented team, where you will be able to thrive.
