NPI Product Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced NPI professional to lead our team in the development of new products.

Key Responsibilities :

  • 8 years of project management experience as an Engineering Manager with a focus on new product introduction
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant coursework in engineering, computer science, or related field
  • Experience in Product / Program management in computing and storage industries
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and management skills with ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Fluent written and spoken English with ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Preferring bi-cultural individuals with ability to navigate multiple cultural environments
  • Experience in metal mechanics industry with knowledge of metal fabrication and manufacturing processes
  • Negotiation with customers to meet their needs and deliver results
  • New product introduction process and systems with ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Acknowledge drawings and interpretation with ability to understand and apply design specifications
  • Preferred Lean Manufacturing methodology, TPS, Project Management tools with ability to implement and improve processes

Education

  • BE / BTech or equivalent in Electronic / VLSI Engineering or related field

    Objective

    A Mechanical Design Engineer leads electrical and / or controls design for large custom automated assembly machine projects from concept to client acceptance, ensuring alignment with concept, budget, and schedule.

  • Creation and revision of e-plans using EPlan and SOLIDWORKS
  • Collaboration with mechanical design, software, control cabinet construction, and customers
  • Drive innovative solutions in-house and for customers

    • What you’ll bring

  • Engineering degree (Graduate / Master’s preferred)
  • 8–12 years of experience with Enterprise One development tools; 3+ years in a management role
  • Experience with 8.12 or higher releases; strong English skills
  • Deep ERP knowledge (JDE, SAP); Agile experience; leading multicultural virtual teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship
  • Experience in IT in a validated environment

    Analog Verification Engineer (Micron) / Design Verification

    Overview : Micron Technology seeks engineers for analog and design verification roles focused on DRAM and memory technologies. Responsibilities include developing verification strategies, tool support, and leadership in verification projects.

  • Develop DRAM analog verification strategies and methodologies; support verification tools
  • Understand DRAM circuit operation; develop test benches and vectors
  • Lead design projects and mentor junior engineers
  • Develop verification plans from functionality specs; coordinate with architects
  • Work with cross-functional teams; knowledge of System Verilog, UVM, Python
  • BS / MS in Electrical / Computer Engineering or equivalent; leadership experience
