FLSA :   Full Time | Non-Exempt | Hourly

Scope of Position :

The paralegal position is the fundamental role of the production team that facilitates case management. Paralegals are directly responsible for preparing cases for submission and maintain client communication throughout the case lifecycle.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

• Prepare USCIS forms and collect supporting documents for case submission

AOS, I-130, National Visa Center processing, Embassy Processing

Exceptional candidates  will have an impressive ability to establish connections with our clients and potential clients, find out where they need support, and let them know you are there for them, and doing whatever it takes to provide the service they are requesting. (You also know how to distinguish the needs of our clients and be able to direct them accordingly.)
