• Effectively manage manufacturing operations at TRUMPF Mexico to ensure on-time delivery, achievement of cost targets, and fulfillment of product quality objectives.
• Develop, supervise, and coordinate the work teams in the areas of Continuous Improvement (SYNCHRO), Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and the production floor.
• Responsible for the analysis, planning, and execution of new production projects.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies for all employees.
• Reduce and control waste in the company’s production processes.
• Oversee the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for company equipment.
• Maintain productivity levels and Group standards.
• Consistently apply principles of order and cleanliness in production areas, maneuvering yards, and auxiliary equipment zones.PROFILE :
