Maintenance Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee maintenance operations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive facility management initiatives.

Key Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related field. A Master's degree or diploma in Leadership or Business Administration is preferred.
• No less than 15 years of industrial maintenance experience, including 10+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands-on expertise with S4Hanna (PM module), Advanced Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of TPM, HACCP, FSSC 22000, STPS, NOM, SQF regulations.
• Proven experience managing utility systems (chillers, compressors, water, electricity, instrumentation).
• Extensive experience in UHT product processing and aseptic filling equipment within the food & beverage industry.
