Role Overview
Join Job Duck as a Litigation Support Specialist and play a key role in supporting a thriving personal injury practice. In this position, you will manage critical administrative and client-facing tasks that ensure smooth case progression and exceptional client service. Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, drafting legal documents, organizing files, and assisting with discovery preparation. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization matter. Schedule
Monday to Friday from 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM PST (USA)
