The Role

We are seeking a skilled engineer to support our middleware platform running on Linux systems (RHEL and AIX). This platform supports critical services, including our content management systems, reservation systems, and loyalty systems. The role also involves supporting additional systems managed by the team, both on VMs and containers.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Strong automation experience using tools such as Bash, Ansible, or Terraform to streamline routine tasks
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems

This position includes participation in an on-call rotation. While overtime is not paid, compensation will be provided for hours worked during on-call shifts.
