Operations Director

A confidential FMCG company with nationwide presence is seeking an Operations Director to lead and optimize multi-site operations across all regions. This role oversees Regional Operations Managers , ensuring excellence in safety, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and end-to-end service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and oversee Regional Operations Managers across multiple sites nationwide.
• Ensure operational excellence across distribution centers, warehouses, manufacturing processes, routing, and last-mile delivery.
• Drive a strong Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) culture and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee supply & demand planning , materials flow, inventory levels, and service performance.
• Ensure compliance in quality, food safety, and operational standards across all facilities.
• Lead engineering, maintenance, utilities, and CAPEX projects to strengthen operational capability.
• Implement best-in-class practices in distribution, logistics planning, inventory flow, and operational standardization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost competitiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with commercial and supply chain teams to align operations with business growth needs.
• Ensure business continuity through effective crisis management, incident response, and risk mitigation.
